There are also some good embryology animations at: Human Embryology Animations
Some sections like limbs and urinary and reproductive are still under development at Indiana Univ., but the others (cardiovascular, head and neck, GI) are quite good. You also have the option of taking a pre-test before moving on to the animation and taking a post-test after going through the animation.
